Design Manager - India - Aquis Search

A leading global UX Design Agency is looking for a Design manager in India. The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
• Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions
• Interacting with clients we work with and through competitor analyses to define design problem statements to solve for – in terms of solution to be built, change management or way of engagement
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's/ Master's degree on Design and a minimum of 6 years' UI/UX design experience for services and products. 2 years experience in leading teams.
• Experience with running teams of design teams and collaborating with delivery, customer success teams.
• Experience building b2b and AI/ML products with understanding and interest towards analytics.
• Strong ability to influence and inspire folks in the organization to adopt more design principles while working on projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with building design strategy for service organizations.

• Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
