We are looking for a dedicatedand experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. Theprimary responsibility of this role will be to recruit onboard andmanage the sales executive team for selling our annual car and bikesubscription products. As a growing platform we are focused onexpanding our customer base and require skilled professionals toachieve our sales targets. The role will involve identifying andtargeting potential customers and therefore we are seekingindividuals with strong recruitment and leadershipskills.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Recruit onboardand manage the sales executive team
• Collaboratewith the business development team to targetcustomers
• Conduct regular meetings andperformance evaluations
• Implement salesstrategies to achieve targets
• Provide supportand guidance to the salesteam

Qualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or relatedfield
• Proven experience in recruitment andsales management
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to work in afastpaced and targetdrivenenvironment
