    Job Title: Graphic Designer – Social Media

    About the Role -

    We're looking for a Graphic Designer – Social Media, to join our in-house creative team at our Noida office. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality static, carousel, and short-form video creatives that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You'll work across multiple brands each month, collaborating closely with the content and strategy teams to bring ideas to life. This role demands speed, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of social-first design trends.

    Mandatory Requirements and Skills -

    - You must have a digital portfolio to apply for this opportunity

    - Prior Experience of at least 2-3 years in the same niche.

    Key Responsibilities -

    . Content Creation

    • Create high-quality static posts, carousels, and video creatives based on content briefs.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all client design assets.
    • Adapt designs across formats and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
    • Use motion design and animation for reels, story animations, and short-form videos.
    • Develop reusable design templates for faster execution in sprints.
    • Collaborate with content writers and social media managers to ensure visuals support storytelling.

    . Sprint & Workflow Management

    • Work according to sprint calendars to deliver creatives on time.
    • Plan and prioritise tasks based on complexity (carousel > static).
    • Manage design output for 20–30 posts per brand per month across 4–5 brands.
    • Track and update tasks in project management tools like Zoho Projects/Mails.
    • Provide design references and mock-ups to the content team when needed.
    • Flag content or feedback delays that could affect delivery timelines.

    . Quality Control

    • Perform checks for alignment, resolution, and spellings before final submission.
    • Ensure video content meets platform specifications (size, duration, captions).
    • Export and upload assets in correct formats to shared folders.

    What We're Looking For -

    . Core Skills

    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
    • Strong layout skills ensuring readability, balance, and visual appeal across formats.
    • Motion design fundamentals: text animation, object movement, and transitions.
    • Ability to effectively use Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, and ChatGPT for ideation and creative enhancement.
    • Experience creating static, carousel, and short-form video content.
    • Understanding of brand guidelines and adapting visuals for different audiences.

    . Knowledge Base

    • Platform-specific design formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels, statics).
    • Visual design principles (contrast, spacing, hierarchy).
    • Exporting optimized files for various platforms.
    • File organization, naming conventions, and archival process.
    • Client brand tone and content-to-visual adaptation.
