Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Location : Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required : 11+ :

• Lead and manage Java/J2EE related projects in the banking domain, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, driving best practices, code quality, and adherence to project standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Manage project resources, including allocation of tasks, workload distribution, and performance evaluation, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Utilize strong analytical, design, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the deployment and implementation of applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and adherence to deployment best practices.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and security standards, particularly in retail, corporate, internet, and payment domains.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, senior management, and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Core Java, Multithreading, J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Batch.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and deployment and cluster application architecture.
• Hands-on experience in banking domain projects, preferably in retail, corporate, internet, or payment domains.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record (3-4 years) in a technical project manager role, with excellent communication, leadership, customer management, and team management skills.
