    Program Manager - CEO Office


    As the Program Manager in the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing strategic programs and initiatives critical to the success of the company.

    Leveraging your extensive experience and leadership skills, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive key initiatives forward, manage complex projects, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives within the CEO office, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, develop program roadmaps, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
    • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to crossfunctional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive crossfunctional alignment and stakeholder engagement by facilitating regular meetings, workshops, and communication channels to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project charters, timelines, status reports, and risk management plans, to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting program delivery, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address them.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the CEO office, leveraging industry best practices, feedback, and lessons learned to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and drive results.
    • Represent the CEO office in meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 18+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives and driving results.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence crossfunctional teams, build consensus, and drive alignment towards common goals.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to translate highlevel vision and objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
    • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
    • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
