    Description

    Business Development Executive

    Experience: 2 to 5 years

    Job Location: Kolkata (On-site)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
    • Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity: cold calling, referrals, web leads, and other forms of lead generation.
    • Responsible for coordinating activities with those of other teams in marketing and sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
    • Responsible for getting new leads or requirements
    • Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule targets are met.
    • Utilise business development skills to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new sales.
    • Ensure to take a fresh lead and move it across the lead funnel while taking it to closure.
    • Track and maintain all sales activity in the company CRM.
    • Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • Digital marketing industry experience will be an advantage.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills
    • Speak fluent English, Hindi, and Bengali.
    • Good command over Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
