- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity: cold calling, referrals, web leads, and other forms of lead generation.
- Responsible for coordinating activities with those of other teams in marketing and sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
- Responsible for getting new leads or requirements
- Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule targets are met.
- Utilise business development skills to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective customers and generate new sales.
- Ensure to take a fresh lead and move it across the lead funnel while taking it to closure.
- Track and maintain all sales activity in the company CRM.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Digital marketing industry experience will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills
- Speak fluent English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Good command over Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
