    Manager Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner

    Location - Mumbai


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
    • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to with continuous process improvement.
    • Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
    • Being a strategic people advisor, develop a strong business acumen, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and resulted effectively.
    • Serve as a consultant to business leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
    • To lead all aspects of people operations verticals, including strategic workforce planning aligned with talent acquisition team, new hire onboarding, talent management and development, performance management, talent retention, rewards and recognition, employee relations & grievances management, compensation & benefits etc.
    • Identifies areas to drive culture of talent diversity and inclusion.
    • Conduct regular assessments of HR initiative through surveys and processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
    • Ability to drive change management, facilitation and consultation. Develop creative solutions and adapt to work in a dynamic environment which demands ability to identify problems and lead with appropriate solutions with minimal direction. Data Intelligence and Compliance
    • Effectively use data analytics using both qualitative and quantitative data and ability to draw conclusions.
