    Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and refine paid search and display advertising initiatives across diverse platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media channels
  • Conduct thorough keyword exploration to pinpoint pertinent and high-performing keywords for campaigns
  • Craft engaging ad copies and devise impactful landing pages to elevate campaign conversion rates.
  • Regularly assess campaign performance, execute A/B testing, and adapt strategies to optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Effectively manage PPC budgets, strategically distributing funds across campaigns to fulfill client objectives.
  • Apply bidding strategies and adjustments based on performance metrics to streamline campaign spending and deliver results in a cost-effective manner.
  • Evaluate campaign data, generate insightful reports, and offer actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor essential metrics such as CPL,CTR, conversion rates, quality score, and ROI to identify patterns and avenues for enhancement.
  • Present campaign outcomes and strategies in a clear and impactful manner to management, showcasing the value achieved through PPC initiatives.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools and tweak strategies & budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
  • Identify new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance
  • Track results and optimise for best outcomes
  • Work with our design and content teams to build eye-catching ad content
  • Work closely with our sales team to give required data points
  • Report on marketing performance to enable improvements in results
  • Skill Requirement

  • Should have strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad platforms
  • Should be well versed in Performance Marketing, lead generation campaigns, campaign execution on Search, Social, Mobile, Publishers, CPC (cost per click) etc
  • Very strong keyword research skills
  • Ability to write compelling, clear, concise search ad copies
  • Should have handled multiple campaigns at a time
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
