We are looking for aHousekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of attendants and ensurewe provide excellent customerservice.Housekeeping Supervisorresponsibilities include organizing employee shifts training andmotivating team members and checking private and public areas fortidiness. To be successful in this role you should have a goodunderstanding of sanitation regulations and team managementabilities.Ultimately you will help ensureour daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests aresatisfied.

Responsibilities

• Trainhousekeepers on cleaning and maintenancetasks
• Oversee staff on a dailybasis
• Check office cabins and common areasincluding stairways gaming zone and lounge areas forcleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange forreplacements in cases of absence
• Establish andeducate staff on cleanliness tidiness and hygienestandards
• Motivate team members and resolve anyissues that occur on the job
• Respond tocustomer complaints and specialrequests
• Monitor and replenish cleaningproducts stock including floor cleaner bleach and rubbergloves
• Participate in large cleaning projectsas required
• Ensure compliance with safety andsanitation policies in allareas

Requirementsand skills

• Workexperience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similarrole
• Handson experience with cleaning andmaintenance tasks for largeorganizations
• Ability to use industrialcleaning equipment and products
• Excellentorganizational and team managementskills
• Stamina to handle the physical demandsof the job
• Flexibility to work various shiftsincluding evenings and weekends
• High schooldiploma is aplus
