    Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and developing backend systems to meet business requirements
    • Collaborating with teams to define technical requirements and system architectures
    • Creating technical specifications and architecture documents
    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
    • Ensuring adherence to industry coding standards and security guidelines
    • Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the application stack
    • Implementing strategies to maintain system quality
    • Analyzing and optimizing system performance
    • Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies

    Technical Skills:

    • Power BI
    • Databases (MySQL, Aurora, MS-SQL, NoSQL)
    • AWS, DMS, Azure Data Factory, Redshift
    • OLAP, Talend, SSAS, pyspark, DataMesh, Data Fabric

    Must-Have Skills:

    • AWS Cloud
    • Docker, Serverless
    • NodeJS, ReactJS
    • Database (MySQL)
    • Enterprise System Design
    • Certified in Enterprise Design Patterns

    Experience:

    • 13+ years in IT and 5+ years in Cloud Architecture
    • Proven track record in developing organizational data strategies

    Day-to-Day Activities:

    • Understanding and executing responsibilities effectively
    • Mentoring junior developers
    • Keeping up with latest trends and technologies

    Qualifications & Soft Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently on multiple projects
    • Passion for high-quality software and continuous learning
    • Leadership experience in mentoring developers (Preferred)
