- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Iron Business products in the market.
- Lead a team of sales managers, account executives, and representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to stay informed about their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and changes, and identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Work closely with the Production team and Costing team to ensure all activities and contributions are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage sales metrics and report them to relevant stakeholders.
- Regularly analyse sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and revaluate as needed.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure cash flows are healthy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel or metals industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
