    About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven AVP-Marketing to lead our Iron Business sales strategy and drive growth in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Iron Business products in the market.
    • Lead a team of sales managers, account executives, and representatives to achieve sales objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to stay informed about their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends and changes, and identify new opportunities and potential threats.
    • Work closely with the Production team and Costing team to ensure all activities and contributions are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Sales Management:

    • Manage sales metrics and report them to relevant stakeholders.
    • Regularly analyse sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and revaluate as needed.
    • Manage the sales budget and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
    • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure cash flows are healthy.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
    • 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the steel or metals industry.
    • 5+ years of leadership experience.

    • Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the stainless-steel industry, including market trends, competition, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
    • Sales Management: The ability to create and manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting, monitoring sales metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and partnerships that benefit the company.
    • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data and identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
    • Financial Management: The ability to manage the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and cost control.
