    Description

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our growing data engineering team.

    • With over 10 years of experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into our data warehouse and data lake.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of our data integration Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL pipelines using industrystandard tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory).
    • Work with various data sources including relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), flat files, and APIs.
    • Cleanse, transform, and manipulate data to meet specific business requirements and data warehouse schema.
    • Develop data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process.
    • Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability.
    • Collaborate with data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Document ETL processes clearly and concisely for future reference.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and tools in data integration and ETL development.
    • Work within a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline (if 10+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
    • Indepth knowledge of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in one or more ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend).
    • Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
    • Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling) is a plus.
    • Experience with cloudbased data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • A passion for data quality and ensuring clean and reliable data pipelines.
