    Job Title: Marketing Manager

    Segment: Rheumatology / Ortho

    Location: Mumbai (Kandivli)

    Experience:

    Essential: 8 to 9 years

    Desirable: 9 to 12 years

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the Rheumat/Ortho specialty.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Portfolio Management: Coordinate marketing activities for assigned portfolio with Product Managers and Sales force.
    • Market Analysis: Identify market opportunities to expand business ventures.
    • Representation: Represent Ipca at conferences and medical events.
    • Customer Relations: Manage customer relationships.
    • Event Coordination: Organize events for internal field force.
    • Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance portfolio value.

    Main Objectives:

    • Enhance Market Share: Focus on key brands to gain leadership in prescription base and prescriber base.
    • Profit Maximization: Balance investments across the portfolio to maximize profitability.

    Functional Knowledge/Skills:

    • Scientific Updating: Stay up-to-date with scientific developments.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze market realities and identify missing links.
    • Team Management: Lead and manage teams.
    • Critical Thinking: Apply logic and reason to create solutions or approaches.

    Specialized Skills:

    • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with all departments.
    • Leadership/Time Management: Demonstrate leadership and time management skills.
