    Description
    • Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing operations of all departments to ensure total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
    • Ensure that all schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance, and planning, expediting as needed
    • Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures.
    • Investigate & implement innovative methods to control overall cost and enhance profitability.
    • Apply lean manufacturing principles to design, specify, and validate world-class manufacturing processes to achieve organizational goals
    • Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production, supply chain, NPD and quality standards and all other functions.
    • Provide direction, development and leadership for staff to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
    • Demonstrate leadership, communication proficiency, decision making, problem solving and analysis, financial management, business acumen.
    • Manage all employees, and being responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that plant.
    • Perform any other duties maybe assigned by the Director as and when needed.
    • Candidate having experience in consumer durable industries will get better preferance.
