    Description

    We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing professional to join our client's team. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing performance-based marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms
    • Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
    • Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social media advertising
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Good communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
    • Manage and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital platforms, search engines, and social media
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
