**Job Title:** SailPoint Consultant/Sr. Consultant

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Consultants/Sr. Consultants to join our team. You will play a critical role in delivering successful identity and access management (IAM) solutions to our clients across various industries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth of our IAM practice. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, strong understanding of IAM concepts, and expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute full lifecycle SailPoint IIQ implementations, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and integrations within the SailPoint platform.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint implementations.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Provide post-production support and maintenance for implemented solutions.
• Contribute to business development activities, such as proposal writing and client presentations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in IAM technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity provisioning, access certification, and privileged access management.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) platform, including its core components and functionalities.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex workflows and integrations.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, and scripting languages (i.e., Groovy, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• SailPoint Certifications (i.e., Certified IdentityNow Administrator, Certified IdentityNow Architect)
• Knowledge of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP
• Familiarity with network protocols (SSL, SSH, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks (i.e., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
