    As a Performance Marketing Manager at Adbhoot, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.

    You will support performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and work closely with the team to implement, optimize, and report on performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Track, measure, and manage KPIs, ROI, and other related activities to lead generation, SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Analytics metrics, and email marketing.
    • Prepare regular reports on activities and results as required by management.
    • Maintain dashboards and tables to measure performance metrics.
    • Develop, test, and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
    • Stay updated and identify the latest performance marketing trends, insights, and technologies to optimize spend and performance based on them.

    Requirements:

    • Skills in search platforms and social media platforms.
    • Keyword Research skills.
    • Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy.
    • In-depth knowledge of meta ads, Google AdWords, SEO techniques, and best practices for driving traffic and conversions.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Campaign and budget management.
    • Analytical thinking.
    • Good coordination skills.
