Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from various sources into our database systems, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of records.
• Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as needed.
• Respond promptly to data entry requests and inquiries from internal teams.
• Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support role.
• Proficient typing skills and accuracy in data entry with minimal errors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with data entry software and database systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
