The Fitout Engineer is responsible for Construction Work of Commercial Tower.

1) Review manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet established schedules.

2) Coordinate work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews.

3) Assist in the training and development of subordinates. Maintain EEO compliances.

4) Monitor the work to assure good quality control, and to make certain that work conforms to all plans and specifications.

5) Ensure subcontractor compliance with Samsung C&T Safety Program and all applicable safety codes and regulations.

6) Assist in the review of the monthly estimate work completed, payrolls, and material invoices.

7) Supervise and monitor every activity conducted on site during the construction phase and make sure it is in accordance with tender requirement, specifications, drawings and project time requirements.

8) Ensuring all activities on site in accordance with the QHSE project plan.
