- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in English language
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process

- Organizational and time management skills

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual and emotional development
- Assess students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations
