    Description

    We are seeking a diligent and experienced Visa Consultant to join our team. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for handling visa applications for clients destined for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, or the UK. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of various visa categories and legal requirements for each country. The Visa Consultant will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their queries are promptly addressed and their visa application process is efficiently managed.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Timely preparation and submission of visa applications for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with the specific requirements of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, or the UK.
    2. Responding to client queries related to visa categories through emails, chat, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    3. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their visa applications through regular communication via emails and phone calls.
    4. Updating client records accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and Excel sheets.
    5. Generating weekly and monthly reports as per the management's requirements, reflecting the status of visa applications and other relevant data.

    Key Skills:

    1. Thorough knowledge of all types of visas and legal paperwork required for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, or the UK.
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the respective field, with a proven track record of success.
