    Job Description:

    As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources department's operations and functions within the organization.     Conduct workforce planning and develop talent acquisition strategies.

    Identify and address future HR needs to support business growth.

    Recruitment and Selection:

    Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.

    Develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.

    Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.

    Negotiate employment contracts and manage onboarding procedures.

    Employee Relations:

    Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

    Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

    Performance Management:

    Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.

    Set performance standards, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.

    Identify performance gaps and develop performance improvement plans.

    Training and Development:

    Identify training and development needs and design or source appropriate programs.

    Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Develop and review salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.

    Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

    HR Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights and reports.

    Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee engagement.

    Provide recommendations for improving HR processes and initiatives.

    Compliance and Legal Matters:

    Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Proactively address any legal issues or risks related to HR practices.

    Stay updated on changes in employment laws and implement necessary adjustments.

    Leadership and Team Management:

    Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support.

    Set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and identify development opportunities.

    Foster a collaborative and high-performing HR department.

    Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support organizational goals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    Proven experience in a senior-level HR role, preferably in a similar industry.

    In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.

    Strong leadership and people management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
