    Job DescriptionOverview:
    We are seeking a skilled Rule Engine Developer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing rule-based systems and decision engines to automate business processes and improve efficiency.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop rule-based systems and decision engines using industry-standard tools and technologies.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business rules into technical specifications.
    • Implement and configure rule-based systems to automate decision-making processes across various business domains.
    • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the accuracy and reliability of rule-based systems.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for rule engine-related issues.
    • Document design specifications, configurations, and technical processes.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in rule engine development and apply them to enhance existing systems.


    Requirements ·BTech/MTech/MCA Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.·Proven experience in developing rule-based systems and decision engines.·Proficiency in rule engine technologies such as Drools, Jess, or IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).·Strong understanding of rule-based programming paradigms and business rule management systems (BRMS).·Experience with Java/J2EE development and object-oriented programming concepts.·Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·Effective communication and collaboration abilities.·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
