Tool Design Engineer

EXP- 3 to 6 Years

Job Description:

(Jigs & fixtures).

• Incumbents should have hands-on experience in Tool design, Tool selection & Tool validation for variety of components preferably related to the products of construction, mining & Earth moving equipment industry or equivalent components / industry.
• Excellent fundamental working knowledge & experience in the design of Jigs, gauges, templates & work holding fixtures like Assembly build cum Shipping fixtures, lifting fixtures, Machining fixtures incorporating pneumatic & hydraulic clamps, fit-up fixtures, fixtures for paint shops are mandatory.
• Exceptional knowledge in the calcistion of the machining cutting force,selection of the cylinders/ clamps, knowledge about various suppliers of cylinders, pumps & other components required for the design, structural requirement for testing fixtures are required.

Expected Area in Tool Design:

1. FABRICATION FIXTURES DESIGN (TACK WELDING AND FULL WELDING FIXTURES and

TEMPLATES)

2. MACHINING FIXTURES

3. ASSEMBLY FIXTURES
