- Identify Internal Man Power Requirement & Handling Recruitment process End to End.
- Design Compensation & Benefits packages.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
- Develop fair HR Policies & Ensure Employees understand & Comply with them.
- Implement effective Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing Techniques.
- Assess Training needs, coordinate learning & development initiatives for all employees.
- Monitor HR departments budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
- Manage employees grievances & Short out.
- Create, Run referral bonus programs & Perks benefits.
- Review current HR technology & recommend more effective software (including HRIS/HRM/SAP/ATS).
- Measure Employee Retention & Turnover Rates.
- Oversee daily Operations of the HR department.
- Formulate & Implement Leave Policies.
- Maintain & Manage Attendance in Excel (Must have knowledge of Advance Excel).
