Deliver structured training for IT Support (L1 & L2) learners. Teach troubleshooting, OS basics, networking, and service desk workflows. Provide hands-on training on ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira Freshservice etc.) Conduct live troubleshooting demos assessments practical labs Mentor learners boost their confidence prepare them for real time support environments Build communication customer handling skills through role plays scenario based sessions
