    Responsibilities

    • Driving delivery insurance projects as Product Owner/ Business Analyst from Client Location (APAC, MEA) or Remote as per the demand
    • Lead the entire delivery project
    • Driving consulting workshops with clients around digital Insurance/ Insurtech setup, digital transformation
    • Working as a team member in developing proposals and presentations
    • Contributes to RFPs/RFIs and recommends value proposition
    • Prepare and review client presentations
    • Dedicatedly find opportunities for existing and potential clients
    • Work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the organization – sales, tech, delivery, marketing, CoE

    Key Competencies/ Skills Required

    • Should have worked in Digital transformation projects (Product owner, Business Analyst)
    • Credentials in at-least one of these areas of the Insurance consulting areas
    • Life Insurance
    • P&C - Health or Motor Insurance
    • Insurance transformation experience in at-least two areas
    • Customer Onboarding/ Acquisition life cycle,
    • Claims life cycle,
    • Agent, seller life cycle,
    • Broker, partner ecosystem
    • Ability to quickly develop strong client relationships and interact with senior-level clients
    • Should have the ability to apply own deep understanding of the domain and related industry frameworks to plan, define and solution client engagements, and be able to appreciate top-down as well as bottom-up perspectives to solution engagements
    • Should have superb communication, data analysis, presentation, data visualization, process/capability modelling, presentation, and project management skills

    Qualifications & Certification

    • MBA from Tier 1 college
    • 8-12 years of experience in Digital Transformation in Insurance Domain
    • Guidewire Certification is preferred
