Responsibilities

Driving delivery insurance projects as Product Owner/ Business Analyst from Client Location (APAC, MEA) or Remote as per the demand
Lead the entire delivery project
Driving consulting workshops with clients around digital Insurance/ Insurtech setup, digital transformation
Working as a team member in developing proposals and presentations
Contributes to RFPs/RFIs and recommends value proposition
Prepare and review client presentations
Dedicatedly find opportunities for existing and potential clients
Work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the organization – sales, tech, delivery, marketing, CoE

Key Competencies/ Skills Required

Should have worked in Digital transformation projects (Product owner, Business Analyst)
Credentials in at-least one of these areas of the Insurance consulting areas
Life Insurance
P&C - Health or Motor Insurance
Insurance transformation experience in at-least two areas
Customer Onboarding/ Acquisition life cycle,
Claims life cycle,
Agent, seller life cycle,
Broker, partner ecosystem
Ability to quickly develop strong client relationships and interact with senior-level clients
Should have the ability to apply own deep understanding of the domain and related industry frameworks to plan, define and solution client engagements, and be able to appreciate top-down as well as bottom-up perspectives to solution engagements
Should have superb communication, data analysis, presentation, data visualization, process/capability modelling, presentation, and project management skills

Qualifications & Certification
