    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a Multi-specialty Hospital.

    The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

    This role is based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Tally
    • Experience in handling GST, TDS, and other tax-related tasks
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of MIS (Management Information System) is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
    • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
    • Handle tax-related tasks, including GST, TDS, and other tax filings
    • Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
    • Manage bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and resolve any issues or discrepancies
