    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Demand Generation Manager at illumine. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts to generate quality leads.

    Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing marketing analytics, implementing marketing automation strategies, managing sales processes, and executing B2B marketing campaigns.


    Responsibilities :
    Manage and utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot to nurture leads and automate marketing workflows.
    Leverage Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    Maintain and optimize company WordPress website, including landing pages and content.
    Utilize email scraping techniques (respecting all legal and ethical guidelines) to build targeted email lists.
    Manage social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and running social media campaigns.
    Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (search, display, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and leads.

    Create comprehensive reports on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, and ROI.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing campaigns.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals

    QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including experience with outbound marketing and inbound lead generationDemonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaignsStrong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing contentProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlinesStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy developmentExperience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively


    Bonus Points:
    Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).Experience with marketing attribution modeling.
    Proven experience in a B2B (business-to-business) marketing environment.
    Experience managing a marketing team
