    Senior IT Recruitment Specialist

    This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

    We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in the IT industry. This role requires a strong sourcing ability, including the use of social media, job boards, and professional networks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and responsibilities.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions to extending offers and onboarding.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with minimum 6 to 7 years.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical background or experience in IT.
    • Experience with remote hiring and virtual recruitment tools.
