    Sales Development Representatives

    We're looking for SDRs who can help us create a strong lead funnel by creating meaningful connections for our growth in the international markets. She / He can also lead a team and nurture them.

    About The Role (KRA's)

    • Researching potential prospects, contacting them via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying them, educating prospects about the services and scheduling meetings in a high-velocity sales environment.
    • Independently building and managing your pipeline leveraging our outbound sales software.
    • Setting aggressive goals and achieving them on a continuous basis.
    • Providing smooth transitions from a prospect to lead regularly to our Account Executives/Managers.
    • Demonstrating great sales techniques by developing and continuously optimizing emails written for client acquisition.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in a similar role - IT Sales
    • Extremely data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets on a continuous basis.
    • Loves to research and learn about customer persona of multiple demographics.
    • Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Desire to build a career in sales
    • Team player and nurture young minds to evolve
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Excellent research skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
