    Reliant Surveyors (RelSurv) is an independent and professional firm specializing in valuation services. Established in 1977, we operate in the Middle East and India, offering comprehensive valuation services for various purposes. Our team of experts provides comprehensive reporting and focuses on understanding client needs to help them understand the value of their assets. Our clients include private companies, global corporations, government agencies, and financial institutions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales.

    2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

    3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

    4. Website Management: Manage and optimize company websites for SEO, user experience, and lead generation. Monitor website traffic, performance, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.

    5. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our target audience on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and others.

    6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Develop targeted email lists and segment audiences for maximum effectiveness.

    7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for optimization.

    8. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

    9. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

    10. Stay Current with Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance our digital presence and performance.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    Proven experience 5 years in digital marketing, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

    Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.

    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
