    Job Description: React JS Developer

    About US :

    We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React UI design, API integration, performance optimization, and possess advanced knowledge of React frameworks. This role requires expertise in React concepts and best practices, along with the ability to effectively collaborate within a dynamic development environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    React UI Design Proficiency:

    • Design visually appealing and user-friendly React components.
    • Translate design mockups into responsive interfaces, optimizing user experiences effectively.

    API Integration Proficiency:

    • Connect React applications with external APIs to ensure seamless data communication and interaction.

    React Performance Optimization Techniques:

    • Optimize render performance using techniques such as memoization ), shouldComponentUpdate, PureComponent, or
    • Implement code splitting and lazy loading to reduce initial bundle size and improve page load times.

    React Frameworks Mastery:

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of React frameworks such as NextJS, Webpack, Axios, Enzyme, Redux, Prettier, and ESLint.
    • Utilize these tools to enhance web development, adapting across various tech stacks.
    • Integrate and optimize React components within diverse projects for an improved user experience.

    Advanced React:

    • Proficiency in advanced React concepts including Portals, Fragments, Error Handling, Higher order components, Forwarding Refs, Performance, and Type checking.

    APIs, Testing & Rendering:

    • Understand server-side rendering vs client-side rendering.
    • Conduct unit testing (using Jest, Enzyme, etc.) and end-to-end testing.
    • JSX, Props and States, Lifecycle, Event Handling, Synthetic Events, Lists and Keys, Forms:
    • Proficiency in JSX syntax, handling props and states, managing component lifecycles, event handling, working with synthetic events, handling lists and keys, and managing forms.
    • State and Effect Hook, Building Own Hooks:
    • Experience with React's state and effect hooks.
    • Ability to build custom hooks to encapsulate reusable logic.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+years of experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a React JS Developer or similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
