    We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Finance Managers who want to live and work in Australia/ Germany/ Singapore or Netherlands region under Work and PR Visa.

    The ideal Finance Manager will spearhead initiatives to cultivate and engage with financial partners, fostering new business opportunities for the company. This candidate will possess a focused mindset and exceptional communication abilities. They should demonstrate critical thinking skills in strategic planning and showcase a track record of successfully executing financial strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategic development and execution of financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Identify, assess, and manage various financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and market risks.
    • Monitor cash flows closely and optimize working capital efficiently to support day-to-day business operations.
    • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and relevant tax laws.
    • Evaluate investment opportunities rigorously and make informed recommendations to senior management.
    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, oversee debt financing, and allocate capital effectively.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
    • Provide strong leadership, supervision, and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Possess 5+ years of prior experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Strategic budgeting and forecasting
    • Proficient in risk assessment and management
    • Expertise in investment evaluation and decision-making
    • Skilled in cash flow optimization and management
    • Effective relationship management with stakeholders
    • Proven track record in team leadership and development
