    Description

    A Sales Engineer is required for our startup recruitment and consulting company,.The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a strong background in the manufacturing industry. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and providing technical and sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies
    • Familiarity with OEMs and their products is a plus
    • Proficiency in project management and CRM software
    • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Provide technical and sales support to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and company goals
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and progress

    Client Management:

    Engaging with diverse customers, including End Customer O.E.M Sales, Consultants, and Channel Management.

    Managing Channel Partners and dealers in Hyderabad.

    Creating new accounts and rebuilding business relations.

    Sales Activities & Project Execution:

    Driving specifications, bidding for projects, and contributing to business development.

    Ensuring timely payment collection in direct business.

    Coordinating with Service Engineers, after-sales support, and Key Account Management.

    Business Analysis:

    Monitoring competitors' activities, including product range, area, segmentation, and project or channel sales.

    Technical Management:

    Mapping client requirements and providing customized business solutions.

    Interfacing with EPCs, OEMs, and End Users for recommending viable services and product ranges.

    Managing the complete Field Instruments Portfolio.

    Key Interfaces/Interactions:

    • Pre Sales, Sales team, Design, Manufacturing, Accounts, HR, Admin
