Responsibilities

1. Define & continuously improve measurable standards of quality (i.e., instances of defective service) for all business functions of Hospital.

2. Implement defined quality standards across Hospital.

3. Monitor performance deviations from defined quality standards.

4. Coordinate NABH, ISO, 5S & other quality standard audits.

5. Establish & maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for Hospital.

6. Manage quality projects & report to Administrator with promptness & highest integrity.

7. Lead the Quality team comprising nursing supervisors, quality assistants & patient helpdesk assistants, with efficiency & effectiveness.

Qualifications

Position: Quality Manager (Hospital)

Experience: 3 Years and above (Working experience in any Hospital's quality department is preferred)

Qualification: B.E / MBA

Salary: Up to Rs. 25,000/- p.m.

Techno-Functional: MS Office, Project Management, ISO/ NABH quality standards, Medical coding standards.

Soft skills: Integrity, Analytical, Attention to Detail, Documentation, Continuous Improvement, Negotiating.

Immediate Joiners Are Preferred.

Location: Thoothukudi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thoothukudi District, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
