With our core commitment to quality, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounting & Finance Professional to enhance our financial operations and contribute to our growth in the global market, and in India.

    Summary

    As a Senior Accounting & Finance Professional, you will play a crucial role in steering the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and leadership.

    Requirements

    Lead the accounting & finance department and control – account receivables & payables,

    expenses, utilities, rental receipts, and payments, including the review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory reporting of clients, if any.

    Lead the financial planning, budgeting process, and operate risk management.

    Lead and prepared for the transition of clients – Swiss accounting standards to the Indian IT system – e.g. Zoho

    Prepare and present accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS & other ad hoc reports – e.g. revenue forecast on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

    Manage organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the other teams.

    Develop and implement budgets and perform financial analysis to support business decisions.

    Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and assess any changes necessary.

    Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

    Offer strategic financial insights and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.

    Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems

    Experience & Competencies

    Proven experience as an accounting or finance professional with a minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience.

    Chartered Accountant (CA)

    Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, IFRS, and financial regulations.

    Proficiency in financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel.

    Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the big picture.

    Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.

    Knowledge of German is a plus.

    Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage complex projects and timelines effectively.

    Knowledge of the Swiss / European Accounting System would be an advantage.
