Position Overview:
Lead Generation Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Development to spearhead our dedicated Laravel development team. This role is not only pivotal in steering our software platform to new heights but also crucial in expanding and fortifying our development team. As the cornerstone of our technical leadership, the Head of Development will strategize, guide, and inspire, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Chart the course for our Laravel-focused development projects, setting clear objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Team Development: Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning among the development team.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure the technical integrity and quality of our software platform. Lead by example in tackling complex coding challenges and setting best practices for Laravel development.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and other department heads to align development objectives with the company's strategic goals. Serve as the technical voice in executive decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience: A proven track record of at least 5 years in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role overseeing Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Expertise in Laravel: Deep understanding of Laravel's architecture, ecosystem, and best practices. A portfolio that showcases significant projects developed using Laravel.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage development teams. Experience in team building and talent development is a must.
• Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical strategies.
