    Job Responsibilities:

    Operations Management:

    -Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the center's performance.

    -Oversee day-to-day activities, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.

    -Ensure the center operates smoothly and efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards and service excellence.

    Financial Management:

    -Create and manage budgets, monitoring expenses, and revenue to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.

    -Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

    -Responsible to follow up on collections.

    Staff Management:

    -Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    -Provide leadership, direction, and performance feedback to employees, encouraging professional development.

    -Schedule staff effectively to meet the demands of the center while ensuring adequate coverage.

    Customer Relations:

    -Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

    -Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Marketing and Business Development:

    -Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.

    -Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the center's client base and revenue.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    -Prepare regular reports on center performance & financials.

    -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to operations, staff, and customers.

    Event Management (if applicable):

    -Plan and coordinate events held within the center, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
