    The Performance Marketing is a strategic and analytical professional responsible

    for developing, implementing, and managing effective performance marketing campaigns for

    Airtel Business to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role

    involves leveraging various digital channels and data-driven insights to optimize marketing

    efforts, increase ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategy Development:

    ● Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with

    overall business goals.

    ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, target

    audience, and competitive landscape.

    1. Campaign Management:

    ● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels

    such as paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate

    marketing.

    ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments

    to optimize results.

    1. Budget Management:

    ● Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels to maximize return

    on investment.

    ● Conduct regular budget reviews and provide recommendations for adjustments

    based on performance insights.

    1. Analytics and Reporting:

    ● Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics.

    ● Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and actionable

    insights.

    1. Conversion Optimization:

    ● Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates

    and customer engagement.

    ● Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance landing pages and user journeys.

    1. Audience Targeting:

    ● Define and refine target audience segments based on data analysis and market

    research.

    ● Implement audience targeting strategies to reach the most valuable and relevant

    audiences.

    1. Technology Integration:

    ● Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities

    for innovation and optimization.

    ● Collaborate with the marketing technology team to implement and integrate tools that

    enhance performance-marketing capabilities.

    1. Collaboration and Communication:

    ● Work closely with internal teams, including marketing agencies, sales, and product

    development, to align performance-marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

    ● Effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to

    Qualifications:

    ● Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or

    relevant certifications are a plus.

    ● Proven experience in performance marketing, with a record of accomplishment of

    successful campaign management and results.

    ● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
