    HRBP - Assistant Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.
    • Organize teambuilding activities, social events, and employee recognition programs.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.

    Rewards and Recognition:

    • Develop and administer R&R programs to acknowledge employee contributions and achievements.

    Performance Management System (PMS):

    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the performance management system.
    • Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback processes.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Grievance Management:

    • Handle employee grievances and complaints in a timely and confidential manner.
    • Conduct thorough investigations and propose resolutions by company policies and legal requirements.

    Compliance Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and implement corrective actions as needed.

    New Store Opening:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the HR aspects of new store openings.
    • Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for new store teams.
