- Lead the B2B Enterprise Sales for Products & Services related to HR Industry. This is an individual contributor role

- Build and maintain relationship with prospects, decision makers (Customer satisfaction)
- End to End Sales Pipeline Expansion - Cold calling (in-person visit), Converting it to Prospect, Deal Closure, collection, customer support and ensure customer delight.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets.
- Strong aptitude for cultivating positive and productive relationships with key external and internal partners and adept in verbal and written communication.

- Always on the Flexible for Domestic travel in the Region, State as needed move – meet customer in person.
