    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the B2B Enterprise Sales for Products & Services related to HR Industry. This is an individual contributor role
    • Success in this role will be measured by the Impact of New Sales Revenue & Sign-ups
    • Be responsible for Sales Target of the region.
    • Upsell, forecasting and the customer experience delivered.
    • Build and maintain relationship with prospects, decision makers (Customer satisfaction)
    • End to End Sales Pipeline Expansion - Cold calling (in-person visit), Converting it to Prospect, Deal Closure, collection, customer support and ensure customer delight.

    Behavioral skills: Communication skills/ team leading

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets.
    • Strong aptitude for cultivating positive and productive relationships with key external and internal partners and adept in verbal and written communication.

    Functional/Technical skills:

    • Outstanding performer throughout your career.
    • Always on the Flexible for Domestic travel in the Region, State as needed move – meet customer in person.
    • B2B sales experience in Top Corporates Segment.
    • Previous experience in HR related industry.
