    Description

    Key responsibilities

    • Lead overall HR function for the organisation, reporting into top management
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Creating strong relationships with members, management, and leadership team via coaching and mentoring
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on addressing performance issues and promoting member growth
    • Partnering with the broader people team on performance review cycles, talent assessments, compensation and internal mobility processes.
    • Executing new processes and policies. Our goal is to create trust with partners, operate more efficiently and equitably, and help enable incredible business outcomes
    • Proactively managing legal and compliance risks related to HR, including labour law and other laws and regulations
    • Serving as a first point of contact for member questions, concerns including but not limited to: company policy, member relations, career trajectory, and learning and development
    • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and member development.
    • Responsible for background verification for all members
    • Responsible for organising events, awards and All Staff meeting
    • Managing leave process, reviewing timesheet of all members and attendance tracking
    • Responsible for HR portal and intranet
    • Collaborating with managers and the operations team around sensitive situations including: performance management, investigations, terminations, and member exit interviews

    Key Skills

    • 3+ years of HR experience
    • Strong detail orientation and an ownership mentality
    • Demonstrated background in member relations and member investigations
    • A compassionate but consultative, and confident approach with a diverse array of stakeholders
    • Knowledge of excel, project management tools (jira) and reporting and tracking
    • Proven critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable leveraging data to identify insights and trends
    • Incredible discretion: you can be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • A strong bias to action. You're comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
    • Superb communication skills You believe in keeping all of your stakeholders in the loop and know that multiple mediums of communication are the key to success
    • Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure
    • An understanding of India Labour Laws and Corporate Laws.
