    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support and expertise to customers, helping them understand and implement company products and solutions.
    Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
    Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers.
    Assist in the design, development, and testing of aerospace and defense applications.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product applications.
    Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
    Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides.
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
    Support the development of proposals and technical bids for new projects.
    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all application engineering activities.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience as an Application Engineer, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
    Strong technical knowledge of aerospace and defense systems and products.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Strong communication and presentation abilities.

    Skills:

    Technical Support:
    Providing technical assistance and solutions to customers.

    Product Demonstrations:
    Conducting product demos and training sessions.

    Troubleshooting:
    Identifying and resolving technical issues.

    Documentation:
    Creating technical documents and user guides.

    Collaboration:
    Working with sales and product development teams.

    Preferred:
    Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
    Certification in project management or a related discipline.
    Experience with CAD software and simulation tools.
    Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
