    As the Public Relations (PR) Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation, brand visibility, and public image.

    Your role will involve managing communications with various stakeholders, including media outlets, and agencies, amongst others.

    You will lead a team of PR professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop PR Strategies: Create comprehensive PR plans aligned with organizational objectives to promote brand awareness, manage reputation, and drive positive media coverage.
    • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, editors, and other media professionals to secure favorable coverage for the organization.

    Internal Teams:
    Ensure PR strategies complement and enhance marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

    • Leadership Profiling: Coach and prepare company leaders for public appearances, interviews, and key speaking engagements to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
    • Press Releases and

    Media Kits:

    Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other materials to announce company news, product launches, events, and milestones.


    • Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication protocols and serve as the primary spokesperson during times of crisis or reputationthreatening situations, ensuring timely and transparent communication.
    • Content Strategy: Work closely with the internal content team to guide the narrative around the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
    • Brand Positioning: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure PR initiatives are integrated with overall marketing campaigns and contribute to brand positioning and differentiation.
    • Executive Communications: Provide strategic counsel and media training to senior executives and key spokespeople to effectively communicate the organization's messages and represent the brand in public forums.
    • Agency Management: Select and manage relationships with external PR agencies to ensure they are aligned with the brand's goals, delivering highquality work within budget and time constraints
    • Monitor Media Coverage:

    Track and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust PR strategies accordingly.


    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the PR budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and costeffective execution of PR initiatives.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in a senior PR role, with a track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strong writing and editing abilities, with experience crafting press releases, speeches, articles, and other PR materials.
    • Crisis management expertise, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute PR plans that align with organizational goals.
    • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve objectives.
    • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms for media monitoring, analytics, and distribution.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
