- Content Curation: identify, review, redact and organise a wide range of internal knowledge sources, including technical project deliverables and bid material.
- Taxonomy management: apply a structured classification system for organising knowledge, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information for practice members.
- Knowledge Management Tools: leverage knowledge management platforms and tools to tag and share curated content, optimizing its accessibility and relevance.
- Content redaction: remove confidential / commercial information, identify IP issues and follow process ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Content validation: ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability of curated content by conducting periodic reviews, fact-checking, and updates.
- Collaboration and Communication: work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure the service provided meets their expectations and to enable improvement of the knowledge flow process or any tools used.
- Degree level or equivalent in relevant subject area (, Information Science, Library Science, Knowledge Management)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong competency in using SharePoint
