BluStream Marketing Solutions, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Chennai, is seeking a highly talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling and visual design, and be able to transform complex concepts into compelling visual narratives. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging motion graphics and animations to support our diverse range of clients, helping them to communicate their brand stories and drive user engagement. Success in this position involves creating visually appealing, informative, and innovative designs that align with our clients' objectives, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
2. Develop storyboards and design concepts that effectively communicate complex ideas through engaging visuals and animations.
3. Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for use across various platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and more.
4. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all assets.
5. Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure cutting-edge motion graphics and animations.
6. Provide constructive feedback to peers and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members.
5. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
7. Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
