    Key Responsibilities

    As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee the reconciliation of all accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will manage and verify all financial transactions and documentation, including customer bills, vendor GRNs, and bank statements. Your task will be to supervise monthly financial closings, ensuring timely GST & TDS filings. Additionally, you will develop and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports. You will coordinate with sales, purchase, and inventory teams to ensure seamless financial operations. Finally, you will handle complex financial analysis and reporting, including customer and vendor outstanding tracking.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment. You should be proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), MS Excel, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Excellent leadership skills are also required.
