- Previous sales experience in direct / B2C / one to one sales .
- Experience in timeshare industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal , rapport building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends and festive days.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Closing skills with positive & never give up attitude.
- Fluency in Hindi, English ,home language a must.
- Multilinguistic other than the 3 languages an advantage .
