    As the Business Developemnt Manager,

    You will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue

    Overseeing all aspects of daily operations.

    Ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.

    Handling corporate client's on a daily basis and addressing to their queries and ensure customer satisfaction

    Generate new leads and new ideas to get more corporate clients.

    Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

    *Responsibilities:

    1. Manage daily operations, overseeing staff and ensuring efficient service. 2. Creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours and special events. 3. Develop operational procedures to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to provide guidance, address concerns, and foster a positive working environment. 5. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively. 6. Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.7. Monitoring financial performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction. 8. Organize and supervise corporate events, managing vendors in the food court. *Requirements:* 1. Proven experience working in a managerial role with a strong track record of leadership and team management. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff members, and suppliers. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as needed. 4. In-depth knowledge of service operations, including inventory management, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the job.
